Building a competitive STEM Racing engineering team from the ground up requires far more than technical execution. The fundamental challenge was establishing an entirely new organization from zero: recruiting and training a cross-functional student team with no prior championship experience, designing a compelling institutional brand identity, and securing tier-1 private capital to engineer a regulation-compliant, high-speed aerodynamic prototype under rigid competition deadlines.

As Founder, Team Principal & Project Manager of Nemeix RT, I conceived and launched the racing outfit from zero. I engineered the team's operational framework, designed the entire brand ecosystem—including our signature mascot (Ixtor) and official race livery—and developed technical training modules to upskill team members across aerodynamic analysis, CNC manufacturing, and stage defense protocols.

To fund the operation, I structured a high-stakes fundraising strategy: I organized and hosted a private corporate showroom, convening over 30 business executives and investors to pitch the project's engineering and commercial value. This initiative successfully secured enterprise partnerships and sponsorships with global industry leaders, including HAAS (precision machining & motorsport engineering) and Volvo (Suecia Car), fully financing our prototyping, high-tolerance manufacturing, and logistics.

Commanded the team’s stage defenses and verbal presentations before industry judging panels in STEM Racing. Transformed a newly formed, self-trained group into a high-performance engineering outfit backed by global automotive and manufacturing giants, delivering a fully homologated, zero-infraction prototype on schedule with total structural and team cohesion.
